Jubilee Aftercare is a Christian discipleship program seeking to address the needs of people caught in a cycle of addiction and incarceration. We seek to address this cycle by providing an environment and structure for men to have their hearts and lives transformed through an ongoing relationship with Jesus Christ.
Our program seeks to address not only the behaviors of addiction but the underlying root causes as well.
The mandatory core program is divided into 4 phases for a minimum of 12 months. Students progress from one phase to another dependent upon their progress. Please click on "PROGRAM MANUAL" to see the complete details of our program.
To apply for Jubilee's Aftercare Program, please complete the following four (4) requirements. Click on the appropriate button to access each of these forms. 1. AFTERCARE APPLICATION 2. PERSONAL LIFE STORY 3. CHAPLAIN or COUNSELOR RECOMMENDATION 4.
