Transition House Mission

Jubilee’s transition program will offer resources in a safe environment for residents to live responsible lives and transition into the community.

Living responsibly means:

  • having a full time job
  • meeting all financial obligations
  • dealing with life on life’s terms free from addiction
  • having healthy supportive relationships
  • achieving specific goals before leaving the transition facility
