Material Donations

We gratefully accept donations of clean, working, functional, sellable, safe items. Final determination of acceptance is made by supervisor or manager.

Don’t forget! You can recycle newspapers & plastic bags in our stores!

Donation Hours:

Monday to Saturday - 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. (All stores except Lebanon)

Lebanon Only: Monday to Saturday - 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.

ACCEPT WITH CONDITIONS

• Appliances - must be 10 years or newer, accepted only at Re-Build-It Store in Annville

• Area Rugs - Must be new in manufacturer’s packaging

• Christmas items - trees preferred in original box or a tree bag

• Dishwashers- under counter - (2 years or newer accepted at Re-Build-It Store in Annville)

• Exercise Equipment* - must be fully assembled. No universal gyms or Nordic Track Pro Skiers

• Flooring and Tile - Full boxes only

• Headboards/Footboards - Must be a full set with rails

• Hutches/China Cabinets - Cannot be wider than 3 feet

• Magazines - if family-type, Better Homes & Gardens, etc.

• Mattress & Box Spring, including Hospital Mattresses* - only like new in excellent condition - no stains or tears

• Oversized Items - like basketball hoops, etc. accepted at Re-Build-It Store in Annville

• VHS – Disney only

*FURNITURE NOT ACCEPTED AT OUR MANHEIM, MYERSTOWN OR PALMYRA STORES
